While Linda is the channel and only relays messages received, it helps her understand what the customer wants and is looking for. 

Our company strives to make sure that as the customer needs change, so does our services platform. Should you discover you need help with something not currently being offered, please feel free to reach out and see if it is something that we can provide. 

Customer service means different things to each individual and can change depending on the circumstances. Our primary focus will be to deliver our customer service with light, love, truth, and compassion. If we cannot provide you with a specific service, Linda will do her best to provide you with alternative venues and resources. 

Another way we plan to increase our customer service is providing trusted affiliates to our customers that can provide you with products to purchase that will assist you on your journey. These affiliates will be listed on our website, with a summary of their services and their contact information. Any individual or company listed has passed the test of truth, light and love standard that our company holds dear.  

Our company feels that communication is another key component to customer service, as many times disagreements and misunderstandings could be avoided completely simply if there was communication between all parties involved.
